Research: Analysis of advert conventions

                                                             



A magazine advert is a form  of print medium that is used to sell and market a product. In this case in which we are focusing  music single or album.


purpose:


  • A marketing tool that accompanies a singles/ albums release.
  • Provide visual information about the artist and the album 
  • Shows the key information such as main song where the song is available.
  • Creates , adopts or feeds into the representation of the star image.   
  • Appeals to the target audience 

Impact :

  • To attract the target audience into purchasing the product
  • Attracts a wider audience 
  • Show key information about the artist 
  • The audience can feel a strong relationship with the artist.

  • Artist name 
  • Features of the songs such as the song list
